1. Stop the screw compressor and wait for the internal pressure to be released. After confirming that there is no pressure in the system, pull down the main power switch.

2. Open the oil filler on the oil gas separation tank and replenish an appropriate amount of cooling lubricating oil.

3. When refueling, pay attention to the amount of oil, and the oil level should be maintained between the lowest and highest levels, not too much or too little. More oil will affect the separation effect, while less oil will affect the lubrication and cooling performance of the equipment.

What are the operating precautions for screw air compressors?

1. When there is abnormal sound or vibration during the operation of the air compressor, it should be stopped immediately.

2. There is pressure in the operating pipeline of the air compressor, and it is not allowed to loosen the pipeline bolts and unnecessary valves, such as drain valves, sewage valves, etc.

3. During the operation of the air compressor, if it is found that the oil on the oil level gauge is missing and the oil temperature gradually rises, it should be immediately stopped. Stop the machine until the pressure gauge indicates zero and observe the oil level. If the oil level is insufficient, add the same type of lubricating oil when there is no pressure inside the system.

4. Regularly check whether the automatic steam trap operates normally, otherwise moisture may be carried into the system.

5. The oil and gas drum should be discharged once a week, and the unit cannot be left idle for a long time. It should be started for at least 2 hours per week.

6. In daily air compressor operation inspection, attention should be paid to whether the pressure switch and joint control program of the air compressor are working properly. Abnormal working conditions will lead to an increase in power consumption of the air compressor, and in severe cases, frequent starting and stopping of the compressor may cause the motor to burn out.

7. Do not operate the air compressor (with dedicated explosion-proof air compressors) in areas where flammable or toxic gases may be inhaled.
