Solutions to high temperature shutdown

1. Check whether the unit is short of oil.

The judgment standard is to observe the lubricating oil on the oil and gas drum and the level indication of the oil level gauge when the air compressor is running. The indication shall not be lower than the minimum scale. The solution is to add lubricating oil. If the lubricating oil exceeds the service time, it must be replaced immediately to avoid causing greater failure.

2. Check the radiator and cooling fan.

The radiator surface of the air compressor shall be clean and free of dust and oil. In daily use, the operation and use specifications for periodically blowing dust on the radiator surface should be observed. The cooling fan shall operate well at normal speed. If it is repaired by yourself, please pay attention to whether the fan rotates correctly.

3. Check whether the ambient temperature is too high.

The ambient temperature should not be higher than 45 ℃. Check whether the operating environment of the air compressor is too low and crowded, the high-temperature gas is not discharged smoothly, and whether there are other high-temperature equipment around the air compressor. In addition, if conditions permit, air inlet and exhaust pipes can be installed separately for the air compressor
