The failure of the valve may cause the oil cooler to be bypassed, and then the oil temperature will rise, the oil system will fail, and the high temperature trip will occur.

Oil filter, filtering accuracy ≤ 10-12 μ m. Failure of the oil filter may lead to lack of oil and high temperature of the machine head, or it may enter the main engine without filtering.

The failure of the oil shutoff valve will prevent oil from being injected into the rotor, which will lead to the seizure or failure of the rotor of the screw air compressor.

9、 Precautions during installation of air compressor

Condensed water pipes shall be separately connected to drainage ditches.

10、 Case analysis, common fault judgment
