1. "Replacement of three filters", "air filter element" is recommended to be replaced within 500 hours for the first time, and every 1000-1500 hours under normal conditions; "Oil filter element" shall be replaced every 500 hours for the first time and every 1500-2000 hours under normal conditions; Replace the "oil gas separator", and the normal service life is about 3000 hours;

2. Change the lubricating oil regularly. With the increase of operation time, the lubricating oil continuously reacts with oxygen to form a large number of deposits, which will slow down the lubricating performance and affect the operation of the machine. The oil shall be replaced for the first time after 500 hours of the running in period of the new machine. After that, the oil shall be replaced every 2000 hours of operation. The lubricating oil must be checked frequently during use. If the oil level line is too low, new oil shall be replenished in time. Condensate water must also be discharged frequently during the use of the lubricating oil. Generally, the oil shall be discharged once a week, and 2-3 days in a high temperature climate Non original lubricating oil has poor foam resistance, which will produce a lot of foam, making the oil separator core immersed in the oil gas mixture, thus affecting the oil gas separation effect. 3. Regularly check the belt and coupling, and timely maintain or replace them in case of looseness;

4. Check the outlet temperature of the machine head. If necessary, check the temperature control elements and clean the radiator;

5. Regularly check the exhaust pressure, adjust the pressure switch and pressure stabilizing valve when necessary, and check and repair the system in case of abnormality;

6. The running time of the air compressor shall be recorded regularly, and the wearing parts shall be replaced as required;

 7. Check the whole set of equipment for air, oil and water leakage, and check whether the relevant pressure is up to standard.

In winter, the temperature is very low everywhere. Dear Zhuoying air compressor users, please do a good job in insulating the air compressor equipment:

1. The temperature of the air compressor room shall be increased appropriately (above 0 ℃) to keep the air compressor unit warm.

2. Thermal insulation shall be carried out outside the relevant pipes to ensure that the condensate discharged during the operation of the air compressor will not be frozen,

3. After the air compressor is shut down, open the relevant drain valves of the air receiver, dryer, pipes, etc., and then close the valves after the condensate is completely discharged; Prevent relevant pipes from freezing.

4. Select antifreeze hydraulic oil. The diesel mobile air compressor is good for adding No. 10 diesel oil.

5. The air compressor shall be started for 2-3 times, preheated for about 10 minutes, paused for a few minutes, and then started and operated according to the normal process.

6. For the air compressor that has been shut down for a long time, check the oil circuit and other conditions, and start the air compressor after everything is normal.
