The preparation work before starting the screw air compressor is very important. The following small series is briefly summarized as follows:

Preparations before starting

█ Before starting the machine, it is necessary to clean up the sundries around the unit. First, check whether the main engine, motor base, and bolts are all fixed, and whether the air outlet valve has been opened.

█ Check each part

Check whether the parts of the air compressor are in good condition, and whether the protection devices, instruments, valves, pipelines and joints are loose or fall off.

█Connect the pipeline

Connect the gas pipeline as required to ensure that the pipeline is unobstructed, and avoid the pressure suffocation caused by the rapid increase of air pressure after starting the machine.

█ Check the oil and gas barrels

Check whether the oil level of the oil and gas drum is between the two scale lines of the oil level gauge, and supplement it if it is insufficient. Pay attention to confirm that there is no pressure in the system before refueling (the oil level is subject to observation after 10 minutes of shutdown, and the oil level during operation is slightly lower than when it is shut down).

█Add lubricating oil

When the new machine is turned on for the first time or after it has been stopped for a long time, the air filter cover should be removed first, and about 0.5 liters of lubricating oil should be added from the intake valve to prevent oil loss and burning during starting.

█ Drainage

Open the drain valve at the bottom of the oil and gas barrel to discharge the condensed water and dirt accumulated in the lower part of the lubricating oil, and close it when oil flows out to prevent premature emulsification and deterioration of the lubricating oil.

█ Check the pressure

Verify that there is no pressure in the system.

█Open the exhaust valve

Open the exhaust valve.

█Detect power

Check the cable connected to the air compressor, whether the voltage meets the manufacturer's requirements (voltage between 360V-410V), it is required that the equipment is not turned on and after it is turned on to work, some factories have no abnormal static voltage, and the voltage drops after loading, which will cause the motor overload.

█ Press the start button to start running;

█ Check whether the steering of the motor is correct;

█ Confirm that the manual valve is in the "unloading" state, and press the "start" button to start operation. After a few seconds, turn the manual valve to "loading", and the pressure gradually rises to the rated pressure;

█ Observe whether the pressure and temperature rise normally, and whether the display is abnormal;

█ Observe whether the operation is smooth, whether the sound is normal, whether the air convection is smooth, whether the instrument reading is normal, whether there is oil
