The air dryers cannot be used alone, and is often used in conjunction with an air compressor. If it is used and installed improperly, various failures will easily occur, especially in some industrial and mining industries and enterprises with large air consumption. Once the air dryer fails to operate normally, it will often cause the air compressor to strike, at least when it is exhausted, it will carry a lot of moisture, especially in areas with high air humidity. In fact, many of the problems that occur on the air dryer are caused by improper use, not the failure of the air dryer. 1. Do not place in the sun, rain, wind or places with relative humidity greater than 85%.

Do not place in dusty, corrosive or flammable gas environments.

Do not place it in a place where there is vibration or where there is a danger of condensation water freezing.

Do not get too close to the wall to avoid poor ventilation.

If it has to be used in an environment with corrosive air

It should be used at an ambient temperature below 40°C.

2. Do not connect the inlet and outlet of compressed air incorrectly. To facilitate maintenance and ensure maintenance space, a bypass pipeline should be provided. It is necessary to prevent the vibration of the air compressor from being transmitted to the refrigerating machine.

3. The drain pipe should not be upward.

4. The allowable fluctuation of the power supply voltage is less than ±10%. A leakage circuit breaker of appropriate capacity should be installed. Must be grounded before use.

5. The compressed air inlet temperature is too high, the ambient temperature is too high (above 40°C), the use flow exceeds the rated processing air volume, the voltage fluctuation exceeds ±10%, and the ventilation is too poor (ventilate in winter, otherwise the room temperature will also rise ), etc., the protection circuit will play a role, the indicator light will be off, and the operation will be stopped.

6. When the air pressure is higher than 0.15MPa, the water outlet of the normally open automatic drain can be closed. When the displacement of the air compressor is too small, the water outlet is open and air is blown out.

7. The quality of compressed air is poor, such as dust and oil mixed in, these dirts will adhere to the heat exchanger, reducing its working efficiency, and the drainage is also easy to fail. It is hoped that a filter should be installed at the inlet of the dryer, and it should be confirmed that the drainage is not less than once a day.

8. The vents of the dryer should be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner once a month.

9. Turn on the power supply, and then turn on the compressed air after the running state is stable. After stopping, you must wait for more than 3 minutes before restarting.

10. If you use an automatic drain, you should always check whether its drain function is normal. Always clean the dust on the condenser, etc. Check the pressure of the refrigerant frequently to determine whether the refrigerant is leaking and whether the capacity of the refrigerator has changed. To check whether the temperature of the drained condensate is normal and so on.
