Instructions for air receivers (must be read before use)

The appearance of the gas storage tank is simple, but when used, it cannot be taken lightly. The following 11 points must be kept in mind, especially the last 3 points.

1. Air receivers are special equipment that must be installed, used, repaired, modified, inspected, etc. according to the special equipment. Strictly follow the safety regulations and usage regulations for special equipment. Except for simple pressure vessels, special equipment registration and filing must be carried out with the relevant local department before use.

2. If the ambient temperature of the air receiver is outside the design temperature of the product, temperature protection should be implemented to ensure that the product is within the effective temperature range.

3. When using this product, the user must strictly follow the special equipment management system, properly keep the quality certificate of the product, conduct regular safety inspections on the product, and provide normal training for operators.

4. Air receivers should undergo safety performance evaluation and inspection, and products can not be repaired or modified without authorization. They must strictly comply with the requirements of the regulations.

5. The safety valve and pressure gauge of the air receiver need to be calibrated and replaced as required.

6. If the flow rate of the air compressor exceeds the safe discharge capacity of the air receiver, a discharge device should be added. The specific discharge capacity can be found in the completion blueprint.

7. The distance between the air receiver product and the air compressor should not be less than 2 meters.

8. The interior of the air receiver should be regularly cleaned and drained to ensure the quality of the internal air.

9. It is strictly prohibited to use air receiver that exceed pressure, temperature, or limit.

10. It is strictly prohibited to use open flames near the air receiver.

11. The intake temperature should not be too high, and a cooler and oil separator must be installed in the connection with the piston air compressor.
